⚠️ Important Notes
- This scorecard is a tool, not a formula. Trust your gut if something feels off.
- Communication (25% weight) is intentionally the highest because poor communication kills projects.
- Lowest price rarely wins. Focus on value and accountability.
- If a vendor scores below 60%, seriously reconsider even if they are the cheapest.
