We're Not Right For Everyone
To ensure we're a good fit, here are situations where we're probably not the best choice:
Budget constraints
Our minimum engagement is $25K. If your budget is below that, consider freelance platforms or offshore agencies. We optimize for quality and outcomes, not lowest cost.
Unclear requirements
If you're still figuring out what to build, we can help with discovery work-but pure ideation or business strategy is outside our scope. We build software, not business plans.
Micromanagement style
We need autonomy to deliver results. If you want daily status meetings and approval for every decision, we'll both be frustrated. We work best with teams that trust us to execute.
Non-technical projects
We don't do graphic design, marketing websites, or WordPress sites. We're engineers who build SaaS platforms, APIs, and infrastructure. If it doesn't involve code, we're not the right fit.

What to Expect

Schedule a free discovery call through our contact form. We will discuss your needs, answer questions, and determine if we are a good fit. If so, we will provide a detailed proposal and estimate within 3-5 business days.
We primarily work with B2B SaaS companies, ranging from early-stage startups to established enterprises. Our experience spans fintech, healthtech, e-commerce, developer tools, and enterprise software.
We work primarily remotely but can accommodate on-site work for local clients (US-based) when needed. Our distributed team has extensive experience with remote collaboration and async communication.
For retainer clients, we respond within 4 business hours for standard requests and 1 hour for urgent issues. For project-based work, we maintain daily async updates and schedule regular sync meetings as needed.
Yes. Project-based engagements include 30 days of post-launch support. After that, we can provide ongoing support through a retainer or time & materials arrangement. Many clients transition to retainers for long-term partnerships.
